E-GO: single screw extrusion for pipes and profiles
The Bausano E-GO Series is the single screw solution dedicated to the production of pipes and technical profiles.
Thanks to a custom designed screw and a compact configuration, it ensures process stability, energy efficiency and application versatility.
It is suitable for the extrusion of rigid or flexible pipes, in single layer or multilayer configuration, using materials such as PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP R, ABS and PC/ABS.
In profile production, E-GO enables the manufacturing of elements for windows, electrical cables, roller shutters, ducts and skirting boards, while maintaining high surface quality.
With SPHERA, the Bausano platform for digital control and remote monitoring, the E-GO line integrates artificial intelligence and predictive analysis for advanced, reliable extrusion that remains constantly under control.
MD and E-ON: twin screw solutions for advanced PVC extrusion
MD parallel twin screw extruders are ideal for processing rigid PVC, even with industrial waste or recycled materials. The patented Multidrive system distributes torque across multiple points, reduces wear and ensures high performance on profiles, pipes and pellets.
The E-ON range is designed for high output production of window profiles and corrugated pipes. The conical screw geometry ensures constant thrust, effective mixing and excellent surface quality, even with mineral fillers. Both series are compatible with SPHERA, the Bausano digital system for real time control and optimisation of process parameters.
E-GO R: the tailor made answer for single screw recycling
The E-GO R Series is the Bausano line dedicated to the recycling of post consumer and post industrial plastics. Designed to process rigid waste, printed films, wet or densified materials, E-GO R single screw extruders ensure high melt homogeneity thanks to an optimised screw and advanced degassing and filtration systems.
Ideal for transforming LDPE, HDPE, PP and light or filled blends, they offer high hourly output even in the presence of contaminants.
Compatibility with SPHERA enables digital monitoring of parameters in real time, for efficient, traceable extrusion focused on the quality of recycled pellets.
Laboratory extruders: development, testing, innovation
Compact, versatile and mobile, the MD 30 laboratory extruder is designed for testing small quantities of material, with the aim of developing formulations and scaling production recipes.
Equipped with one or two feeding zones, it allows different polymers to be processed with a single dosing unit. The configuration with side probes, optimised degassing and easy cleaning access simplifies every analysis and inspection operation.
Perfect for pilot tests, compatibility studies and R&D activities, it represents a strategic step between laboratory and industrial production, supporting the validation of new processes and materials.
