Thanks to the Bausano SPHERA 5.0 interconnection suite, each line is able to collect and analyze continuous operational data. This information feeds the RANGER model based on artificial intelligence algorithms, capable of identifying wear patterns and predicting the need for maintenance in advance. The result is smarter plant management: fewer unforeseen events, greater efficiency, better planning.

The data collected by the PHAROS supervision software installed on the extruder are transformed into dynamic reports, updated in real time and accessible through dedicated portals. It is not just a matter of providing data, but of supporting the customer in reading and interpreting the information collected, highlighting specific and concrete opportunities for improvement.
The Bausano technical team analyzes the reports together with the customer and proposes customized optimization interventions. It is possible to intervene on process parameters, control logics or through software/hardware upgrades, based on the actual behavior of the line. The goal is to progressively enhance the performance of the plant, through a path of continuous co-design, based on real and shared data.

The SCOUT portal, on the other hand, allows the customer to accurately identify the spare parts compatible with their line, check their availability and proceed with the order independently. Each system is digitally tracked to simplify maintenance management, even on machines that have been in service for over 20 years.
