Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT): Rigorous Assurance

This is an additional service, complementary to standard testing, which is carried out on all units and allows validation of design assumptions, testing performance and noise levels in advance, as well as operation under specific working conditions. The test is carried out in the presence of the main representative and customer representatives and is performed to verify and establish that all systems are functioning properly in relation to project requirements.

The client saves time and travel expenses and gets the same result as a successful initial sample evaluation. It consists of remote acceptance testing (FAT) and the possibility of activating a real remote start-up service, taking advantage of the opportunities of 4.0 technologies and the best skills in the company and at the customer’s premises. During remote FAT testing, the customer experience is total: audio and video connections and data extraction from the machines in real time enable fast and efficient interaction, ensuring quick results and customer satisfaction.
