Latest generation technology for the extrusion of small medical tubes to increase performance, quality and reliability; not solely in the process, but also in regulation and size control.
Our lines are equipped with a co-extrusion head to create small flexible PVC tubes, co-extruded with coloured line or radiopaque, where it is much easier and faster to change size.
We have improved the external diameter measuring system and tube thickness on 4 points and automatic alarms on size tolerance maintenance.
The stainless steel tank has a double gap and, thanks to increased lagging, condensation does not form. As it has better anti-contamination protection, in can be used in grey rooms and in clean ones.

Bausano lines are equipped with feedback and automatic measuring on the tow for automatic maintenance of tube thickness, automatic feedback on the vacuum system ( automatic control of diameter and ovaling) and automatic winding with automatic reel change.
