These proprietary solutions not only improve process performance, but also enhance mechanical robustness, optimise energy efficiency and ensure significantly higher levels of reliability and thermal control compared to conventional technologies:

 

  • The Multidrive system reduces → mechanical stress on the screws by distributing the driving torque evenly and minimising peak loads. This technology increases the overall line reliability, ensuring mechanical strength and longer service life not only for the screws, but also for gears, bearings and all wear components. The result is superior operational stability over time, with reduced need for unplanned maintenance.
     

  • The induction heating system enables → precise and uniform thermal control along the entire barrel surface, significantly reducing heat losses and optimising start-up times. Compared to traditional resistive systems, this patented solution allows energy savings of up to 35%, improving overall efficiency and process sustainability. The resulting thermal stability ensures consistent product quality, even during extended production cycles.
     

The Multidrive system and the induction heating system have been developed by Bausano with the aim of increasing line efficiency and component durability. The Multidrive system distributes torque evenly, reducing stress on screws, shafts and gears, and extending the service life of the transmission. The induction heating system ensures precise thermal control and faster start-up times, minimising heat losses. A technological combination that ensures production reliability, reduced operating costs and long-term process continuity.
