Asynchronous motors

The use of IE4 asynchronous motors ensures the highest energy efficiency currently available on the market. Constant rotation and reduced energy dispersion provide more stable and higher performing power transmission. In production, this means a real reduction in electricity consumption and greater line reliability, even during continuous cycles and high intensity processing. The result is lower operating costs and consistent extrudate quality over time.

Frequency converter

The patented Multidrive system, integrated with the gearbox manufactured entirely by Bausano, uses a single static frequency converter to control all motors in synchronised mode. This solution ensures uniform torque distribution, reducing stress on gears and screws and improving overall performance. Thrust bearing system
