The Bausano E-ON series of conical twin screw extruders is designed to meet the specific requirements of rigid PVC extrusion, especially for corrugated pipes and technical profiles. Thanks to an optimised screw and barrel configuration, it ensures constant thrust even with filled compounds and guarantees homogeneous melting with outputs from 50 to 400 kg/h. In profile production, screw geometry enables continuous extrusion, high quality surfaces and great reliability, even with recycled or soft materials.

system

Dosing system


Bausano volumetric dosing systems guarantee a constant material flow even with high counterpressure, ensuring feeding precision and recipe repeatability, an essential quality in applications with high head pressure such as the production of small pipes, profiles and corrugated pipes. The gravimetric dosing unit, on the other hand, adjusts material weight in real time, adapting to density or flow rate variations.
