Screw Design Process

E-GO strong plus is the geometry of its screw, which features customised design and differentiated pitch, and thus allows optimising the torque by increasing the machine output and making low-temperature processing possible also for materials like polyolefins. We devote time and attention to the care of every minimum detail of our products, to get the most out of it yield and guarantee long term reliability.

A Model of Efficiency

High energy efficiency is also ensured by the low-input asynchronous motors, while the lower wear reduces the risk of failure and helps decreasing overhead costs, by reducing the need for frequent servicing. Furthermore, thanks to Bausano Digital Extruder Control, the user interface is completely customisable and allows using the same monitor to control the extruder and the downstream at the same time.

Engineered for polyolefins pipes

Outstanding performance in monolayer and multilayer PO pipe extrusion. Thanks to precise temperature control and consistent melt homogeneity, it ensures excellent mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy, even with recycled materials.
