Extrusion lines for PVC pipes

Bausano designs and manufactures complete extrusion lines for rigid PVC pipes, developed according to the end-use application, reference standards, and production requirements.
Thanks to the material properties, these lines are suitable for the production of pressure pipes, drainage systems, sewer applications, and cable protection ducts, used in water networks, sewer systems, and electrical conduits.
The proposed configurations are based on single-screw or twin-screw extruders, selected according to the required output and the compound formulation. The entire process is engineered to ensure melt uniformity, high-quality internal and external pipe surfaces, and precise dimensional tolerances, even for large diameters.
The systems are completed by multi-stage cooling units, calibration systems, synchronized haul-off units, and electronically controlled cutting systems, ensuring continuous, reliable production in compliance with market standards.
