Bausano designs and manufactures complete extrusion lines for the production of pipes, profiles, pellets and medical products. Depending on the material and final application, the core of the line can be a single-screw or twin-screw extruder (parallel counter-rotating, co-rotating or conical), configured according to the rheological characteristics of the compound.
Pipe extrusion lines, available in single-layer or multi-layer versions, cover a wide range of applications, including sewer systems, wastewater transport and drainage, agricultural irrigation, fluid transport for heating and cooling, and ducts for telecommunications and cable routing. Profile Extrusion Lines

Bausano’s lines for rigid and flexible profiles are equipped with parallel or conical twin-screw extruders, selected according to the material and the profile geometry. They are designed to ensure stable processing of complex compounds such as PVC, ABS, TPU, PP and PE.
